Consciously guided transformational experiences

Asareta is a space created for individuals, couples, other duos, and intimate circles seeking deeper connection, emotional release, nervous system regulation, spiritual awakening or conscious transformation without the need to choose a specific modality beforehand. Each experience is intuitively guided while honoring your personal preferences, emotional needs, and the natural rhythm of your body, mind, and spirit. Sessions may gently blend breath, energy work, subconscious exploration, movement, meditation, sound, and conscious presence allowing the experience to unfold in the way that feels most supportive, grounding, and transformative in the moment.

Asareta space is also meant for everyone deeply drawn toward a specific pathway whether it is Kundalini, Tantra, hypnotherapy, guided breath and meditation, Reiki, or ceremonial cacao guidance. Focused experiences allow deeper immersion into one consciously chosen direction - creating space for emotional release, nervous system regulation, energetic awareness, subconscious transformation, and spiritual awakening through intentional practice and guidance.

ASARETA SANCTUARY

Each session takes place within my private sanctuary apartment in the heart of Prague - a carefully held space where I consciously maintain the atmosphere, energetic clarity, and depth that support the Asareta experience most naturally.

For those who feel more comfortable in an alternative environment, sessions may also be arranged within Sana's Magic shop - ceremonial space, where I facilitate cacao ceremonies and intimate group experiences or Aurum clinic. 

Because this requires external space preparation and rental coordination, the following additional fee applies: 500 CZK for session.

Selected sessions may also take place within the professional environment of Aurum Clinic — a medical and aesthetic clinic offering more structured setting for clients seeking support in areas connected to weight-loss support, rejuvenation, stress regulation, nervous-system restoration, emotional balance, and subconscious transformation.

This collaboration allows the Asareta approach to be experienced within a more clinical environment while remaining rooted in conscious guidance, relaxation, hypnotherapeutic work, and deeper mind-body connection.
