Every Asareta session is individually curated according to your intentions, your current state, and what naturally unfolds during our time together. Rather than following a fixed protocol, I combine the practices that feel most supportive for you in that particular moment.

MONDAY WALK-IN REIKI — 30 MINUTES

A gentle 30-minute energy ritual for anyone who wishes to pause during the day, take a breath, and reconnect with themselves. A space where you can experience a sense of calm within the nervous system, discover my way of working with energy, and feel whether you are called to continue further — into a deeper individual session.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Depending on your needs, a session may include breathwork, meditation, Kundalini, Reiki, hypnotherapy, ceremonial cacao, movement, sound, or conscious dialogue—whether blended intuitively or explored through a single chosen pathway.

Whether you arrive seeking emotional release, nervous system regulation, deeper self-awareness, or simply a quiet space to reconnect with yourself, every session is created to meet you exactly where you are. No two sessions are ever the same.

ESSENTIAL SESSION — 60 MINUTES

A focused session designed around one primary intention

ASARETA SANCTUARY

Each session takes place within my private sanctuary apartment in the heart of Prague - a carefully held space where I consciously maintain the atmosphere, energetic clarity, and depth that support the Asareta experience most naturally.

SANA´S MAGIC SHOP

For those who feel more comfortable in an alternative environment, sessions may also be arranged within Sana's Magic shop - ceremonial space, where I facilitate cacao ceremonies and intimate group experiences.

Because this requires external space preparation and rental coordination, the following additional fee applies: 250 CZK for session up to 90 minutes and 500 CZK for session of 180 minutes.
