WALK-IN REIKI AT SANA
A soft 30-minute energy ritual for those who wish to pause, breathe, and reconnect in the middle of the day.
Each session begins with 5 minutes of gentle breath practice, continues with 20 minutes of Reiki, and closes with 5 minutes of quiet integration, allowing the body and nervous system to settle.
Animal companions are warmly welcome and may receive Reiki as a complimentary bonus when joining their human.

Group Ceremony
Every Monday evening, Sana opens space for a guided chakra ritual — a two-hour journey dedicated to one chakra, its meaning, and the qualities it invites us to awaken.
Each evening is shaped around the energy of the chakra we are working with and may include breath practice, gentle movement, guided meditation, Reiki relaxation, intention setting, and a simple symbolic ritual.

Group Ceremony With Sana and Asareta
A gentle ceremonial evening dedicated to the heart — not only its light, softness, and love, but also the quieter places within us that are asking to be seen, held, and released.
Together, Sana and Asareta open a shared ritual space for breath, heart-centered presence, shadow work, Reiki, guided inner journey, and soft integration.
This evening is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and meet the heart with honesty, tenderness, and care.

Cacao Ceremonies at Sana
In July, two cacao ceremonies open a gentle ceremonial journey through grounding and transformation. On July 8, we begin with Forastero cacao — a deep, earthy ritual of grounding, stability, and returning to the body. On July 22, the journey continues with Trinitario cacao — a softer yet powerful ceremonial space dedicated to transformation, inner movement, and conscious change. Each evening is held as an invitation to slow down, connect with the medicine of cacao, breathe, listen inward, and meet yourself with presence, care, and intention.
