Each experience is intuitively guided while honoring your personal preferences, emotional needs, and the natural rhythm of your body, mind, and spirit.

Sessions may gently blend breath, energy work, subconscious exploration, movement, meditation, sound, and conscious presence allowing the experience to unfold in the way that feels most supportive, grounding, and transformative in the moment.

A gentle introduction into the Asareta world

The first session offers space to experience the atmosphere, practices, and transformational pathways that resonate most naturally with your nervous system, emotional needs, and inner world — creating a safe and authentic beginning through lived experience rather than promises.

All below-listed experiences begin with an introductory session, allowing the future direction and practices to be chosen consciously and individually. The introductory session may also be arranged via Zoom.

All following prices are listed to help participants better understand what to expect before entering the experience.

DEEP SESSION — 90 MINUTES

Focused transformational work

This session allows space for deeper guidance, emotional release, nervous system regulation, and conscious inner work — individually adapted to your current state, intention, and personal journey. 

DEEP IMMERSION — 180 MINUTES

An extended immersive experience 

Created to move beyond the surface layers of the mind and body, this experience combines multiple transformational practices into a longer guided process allowing space for emotional release, energetic work, stillness, subconscious exploration, and conscious integration. 

CEREMONIAL IMMERSION — 300 MIN

Transformational experience combining immersive practices and intentional ritual

Designed as a deeply held ceremonial space, this extended immersion allows profound slowing down, nervous system reset, subconscious work, energetic transformation, and intentional integration through carefully guided practices, ritual elements, movement, stillness, and conscious presence.

SANCTUARY

Each session takes place within my private sanctuary apartment in the heart of Prague - a carefully held space where I consciously maintain the atmosphere, energetic clarity, and depth that support the Asareta experience most naturally.

For those who feel more comfortable in an alternative environment, sessions may also be arranged within Sana's Magic shop - ceremonial space, where I facilitate cacao ceremonies and intimate group experiences.

Because this requires external space preparation and rental coordination, the following additional fee applies:

• +     500 CZK for 90-minute immersions
• + 1,000 CZK for 180-minute immersions and longer sessions

AURUM CLINIC

Selected sessions may also take place within the professional environment of Aurum Clinic — a medical and aesthetic clinic offering more structured setting for clients seeking support in areas connected to weight-loss support, rejuvenation, stress regulation, nervous-system restoration, emotional balance, and subconscious transformation.

This collaboration allows the Asareta approach to be experienced within a more clinical environment while remaining rooted in conscious guidance, relaxation, hypnotherapeutic work, and deeper mind-body connection.
