For those extra days, it's most convenient to stay in Colombo, allowing yourself time to unwind after the flight, acclimatize gently, and enter the retreat with ease, presence, and full awareness.
🪪 Visa for Sri Lanka
Entering Sri Lanka is simple — you'll only need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA),
which can be completed online in just a few minutes.
How to obtain visa:

Click on "Apply for an Individual" and fill in the short application form.

Choose Tourist ETA – 30 days (your stay can later be extended if needed).

Pay the $20 processing fee securely online.

Upon arrival in Sri Lanka, simply present your passport and ETA confirmation.
