Terms and conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the service provider ASARETA (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") and the customer or participant (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") regarding the purchase and participation in:

  • retreats organized by the Organizer,

  • live lessons (individual, couple, or group sessions),

  • online lessons, workshops, or courses,
and purchases made through the online shop on the website www.asareta.com.

By submitting an order, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Organizer Identification

Organizer: ASARETA
Contact: info@asareta.com | www.asareta.com

3. Registration, Order, and Formation of Contract

The Client reserves or orders a service (retreat, lesson, workshop, or online course) through the online shop and pays 100% of the price at the time of purchase, unless stated otherwise.

The Organizer confirms the receipt of the order via email, thereby concluding the contract between the Organizer and the Client.

For online courses and workshops, access will be granted once the payment has been credited to the Organizer's account or confirmed via the payment gateway.

4. Price and Payment Terms

The price of the services is listed on the website or in an individual offer.

The price includes the services specified in the product description.

The price does not include flights, insurance, or any personal expenses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, via PayPal, or — upon personal request — through Revolut.

5. Cancellations and Refund Policy

          a) Retreats

Cancellations must be made via email.

If the Client cancels their participation, the following fees apply:

  • More than 60 days before the start of the retreat – 80% of the paid amount will be refunded.

  • 30–59 days before the start of the retreat – 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.

  • Less than 30 days before the start of the retreat – no refund will be provided.

The Client may transfer their reservation to another person if the Organizer is informed in advance.

If the retreat is canceled by the Organizer (e.g., due to force majeure or insufficient number of participants), the Client will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

          b) Live and Online Lessons / Workshops

Cancellations of individual or group lessons must be made via email at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable (100% of the fee applies).

For online lessons or workshops that have already taken place or for which access has been granted (e.g., by sending a link), no refunds are possible.

The Organizer reserves the right to reschedule a session due to serious reasons (e.g., illness). In such cases, an alternative date or a refund will be offered.

6. Participant Responsibility

The Client participates in all activities voluntarily and at their own risk.

The Organizer is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, injury, or any other harm occurring during retreats, live lessons, or online programs, unless caused by gross negligence on the part of the Organizer.

The Client is obliged to inform the Organizer of any health limitations, allergies, or other circumstances that may affect their participation.

7. Health and Insurance Conditions

The Organizer does not provide medical care or insurance for participants.

8. Personal Data Protection

The Organizer handles the Client's personal data in accordance with the applicable EU regulations (GDPR).
The data is used solely for the purpose of organizing and administering the purchased services and will not be shared with third parties without the Client's consent.

9. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are valid as of October 21, 2025.

The Organizer reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the program, schedule, venue, or accompanying activities due to circumstances beyond their control, while maintaining the appropriate quality of services.

All disputes arising from this contractual relationship shall be resolved amicably, in accordance with the laws of the European Union.
