SADHANA

Is the quiet decision to show up regularly, allowing depth to grow without force.

I enter Sādhana not to seek experience,
but to establish continuity.

I do not practice to become someone else,
but to remain present with what is already here.

I commit to returning —
to the mat, to the breath, to the seat —
not when it is easy,
but when it is ordinary.

I accept repetition as refinement,
discipline as devotion,
and patience as the true measure of progress.

I do not force energy.
I prepare the vessel.

I allow the body to strengthen without aggression,
the breath to regulate without control,
and the mind to settle without persuasion.

I honor the lineage that holds this practice —
not by imitation,
but by steadiness.

If resistance arises, I stay.
If distraction arises, I return.
If nothing arises, I remain.

I practice not to escape life,
but to meet it with clarity.

This is my Sādhana.
I begin again.
