Each class is unique. Because I work intuitively and feel the energy of the moment,
every session is personalized. This is why I often prefer individual or couple sessions.

SOUND BATH
Experience the profound relaxation and healing benefits of sound baths. These sessions are designed to immerse participants in a soothing soundscape, promoting deep meditation and stress relief. CACAO CEREMONIAL
Cacao plays a central role in this ritual. By creating a sacred space and invoking intention, participants can connect deeply with themselves and one another. During the ritual, participants will be guided through a series of breathing exercises and gentle movements to align their energy. As they sip the warm cacao, they immerse themselves in the experience, allowing the rich flavor to awaken the senses.
