Each class is unique.
Because I work intuitively and feel the energy of the moment.
Every session is personalized,
that is why I often prefer individual or couple sessions.
Most Kundalini sessions naturally flow through these key phases:

🔥 Kriya – a series of yogic postures combined with breathwork and mudras
