As Asareta I was born from the sacred lineage of
Kundalini Yoga and Tantra at Yoga Cradle in Rishikesh - India.
I was attuned by Maa Hari Priya into Reiki Level I and II practitioner.
I work with energy healing to support balance, clarity, and deeper inner alignment.

my deepest passion is guiding couples —helping them rediscover each other through breath, presence, and the invisible current of life force that flows between two beings.
My approach gently weaves together the teachings of Kundalini and Tantric energy alchemy, inviting partners to experience union not only through touch or words, but through vibration, awareness, and shared awakening,

REIKI SESSION

Reiki is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to the quiet truth within you. It is a sacred moment to pause, breathe, and let your body and mind be held by pure healing energy.
During a Reiki session, you are gently guided into a state of deep rest — a place where the nervous system unwinds, emotions release, and your inner energy begins to flow with clarity and purpose. It is here, in this spacious stillness, that healing naturally awakens.

MEDITATION & BREATHWORK

Meditation is a transformative practice that aims to awaken the dormant energy within us.
As an instructor, I guide participants through various techniques, including breathing exercises, mantras, and mindful movements, to help facilitate this awakening.
This approach enhances self-awareness, reduces stress, and fosters a deeper connection to oneself and the universe.
